You do not have to want to move.

Sometimes it is enough to know that you could.

Life may be good exactly where it is today. Work is here. The children are here. Your everyday life is here.

And yet, there is something reassuring about knowing that if you choose differently one day, you already understand the options available to your family.

We are not here to persuade you to move to Greece. We are here to help you understand whether another door can be opened for your family and what that would require.

Before you decide

Questions worth asking.

Do I need to move to Greece?

Not necessarily. Your intended use of a residency option is part of the planning conversation.

Does the questionnaire determine my eligibility?

No. It is a preliminary fit check. Final eligibility requires individual review by the appropriate qualified professionals.

Who might the route based on an investment of at least €350,000 suit?

Families able to consider that allocation and wishing to explore Greek residency. Individual fit is reviewed personally.

Is the initial discovery call free?

Yes. The initial call helps us understand your family, objectives and open questions. There is no payment or commitment. The written roadmap and further work begin after you sign the service agreement and pay the first milestone.

What happens if I decide to proceed?

The full service is €9,900 plus 24% VAT (€2,376), totalling €12,276. Payments are 50% (€6,138 including VAT) on signing and commencement; 30% (€3,682.80 including VAT) on roadmap approval and confirmation to proceed; and 20% (€2,455.20 including VAT) on filing the principal applicant and ready family members. Support continues through receipt of the residence cards under your agreement. External costs are separate.

Which costs are not included in the coordination fee?

Investment, government fees and third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in your agreement. Known costs are presented in the roadmap.

When will I know the likely total cost?

Before signing, we confirm the service scope and payment milestones. Your roadmap then sets out known external costs, open questions and any review needed before you decide to proceed.

Who handles the legal side?

Theodoros Chatzialexandrou and our partner law firm in Greece guide the legal aspects of the application.

Does the approval of other families mean ours will be approved?

No. Every case is assessed on its own circumstances and relevant requirements. Previous professional experience does not guarantee approval of a future application.
